This Privacy Policy explains how Tapzilla ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Tapzilla mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information collected automatically:

• Device information: a unique device identifier, device model, operating system version and app version, used to create your account and keep your rewards balance.
• Usage data: coins earned, games, quizzes and tasks completed, check-ins, spins and referrals — used to run the rewards system and prevent fraud.
• Push token: a Firebase Cloud Messaging token, if you allow notifications.
• Advertising ID: where ads are shown, your device advertising identifier may be used to serve and measure ads.

Information you provide:

• Google account (optional): if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo to secure and restore your account.
• Payout details: when you request a withdrawal you provide payout information (such as a UPI ID or wallet number), used only to send your reward.
• Referral code: if you enter a friend's code when you join.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the App and credit your rewards.
• To process withdrawals and redemptions.
• To detect and prevent fraud, bots and abuse.
• To send push notifications you opt into.
• To measure and improve the App and, where enabled, to show ads.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers that may process data under their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Messaging) for sign-in and notifications.
• Google Play services and, where enabled, Google AdMob for advertising.
• Payment and payout partners to deliver your withdrawals.

We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

4. Advertising

Where ads are shown, partners such as Google AdMob may use your advertising ID and cookies to serve and measure ads. You can reset or limit this in Android Settings, under Google, Ads.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers listed above, or when required by law.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Profile, then Delete account. We retain data only as long as needed to operate the rewards program and to meet legal or anti-fraud obligations.

7. Children's Privacy

Tapzilla is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your country, to earn and withdraw rewards.

8. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

• Access or request deletion of your data.
• Turn off push notifications in your device settings.
• Opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
• Uninstall the App to stop further data collection.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here.
